I recently used Traslo Service for a move from Shaftesbury to Cenate Sotto, and overall it was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, the team stood out for their speed, kindness, and professionalism. What could have been a stressful international move felt smooth and well-organized thanks to their careful planning and clear communication.

The entire process was handled with impressive precision. Every step, from packing and loading to transport and delivery, was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team worked quickly without ever making things feel rushed, and they treated all of my belongings with real care.

What I appreciated most was their genuine, human approach. They were always kind, patient, and ready to offer custom help whenever needed. Instead of pushing extra services, they listened to what I actually needed and adapted accordingly, which made the whole experience feel very honest and trustworthy.

Their price was higher than some of the other quotes I received. However, based on a past bad experience with a cheaper company that ended up including unpleasant surprises, I preferred to choose a service that was clear and reliable from the start. In this case, the transparency and professionalism more than justified the cost.

My wife and I chose Traslo Service for our removal from London to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. Simone answered all of our questions from the start, helping us find a custom solution that would fit our price and speed needs. Letizia helped us navigate the duty free custom process and gave us punctual and accurate information about the status of the removal. The bigger furniture items were packed on our request in a very precise and professional manner. Everything got picked up, shipped and delivered in 48 hours, not even a with a private jet we could’ve been quicker. I really can’t recommend them enough.

We used Traslo Service Limited to move from Italy back to the US. We had such a horrible and costly experience that it has taken me almost a year to write this review. We have moved 16 times due to work, and this was the worst experience ever. Our agent/estimator seemed friendly and kind, but he gave false promises and low estimates. What should have cost us about 33k Euro (which was already excessive) ended up costing about 50k Euro, and I know they planned it this way. We were told there would be extra space in the container we purchased, but the Italian company was in a rush and wouldn't build the shelf we had paid for and were told would be done, so they had to book another container. And of course that container was extra, the shipping was extra, and no apologies were given. Then they hold your items hostage until you pay, so what are you to do? The Italian company (Bellucci) who was subbed to pack and load did a mediocre to poor job, and the final day when we were supposed to supervise the loading, they brought in a bunch of street workers to load and all our stuff was put in poorly (which caused damage) and inefficiently. Then when the items got to the US, the shipments were split up and my wife and I ended up having to unload the smaller shipment because the delivery agent had a broken arm and was inept!! It seriously could not have been more horrendous of an experience. I cannot recommend the use of Traslo for any moving effort, and especially not if you are moving transcontinental. Moreover, don't expect your agreed estimate to be anywhere near the final amount.

Last week we moved from the South of Italy to the Netherlands and Traslo organised the transport of our household goods. As from the first contact with Simone and later with Letizia the communication was fast and efficient and very friendly and pleasant. We got a bit nervous when the moving date was nearing, as we had payed up the full sum in advance. But nothing to worry about! The truck arrived exacly on the appointed time at both ends. The driver was very friendly and helped us, which was not his task, but he joined in the moving team. I can recommend Traslo from the bottom of my heart. Also because the price was very reasonable indeed.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, nothing but lies and trying to extract more money. I was moving to Spain. I was told my belongings would be put into storage in Spain until I was ready for them. When they picked up my belongings, I asked the removal guy if he was heading to Spain now. He just laughed.

Then I was told days later that my belongings would not be going to Spain, they would stay in the uk until I let them know I wanted them because it suited them better. I don’t think they have a storage facility in Spain. It was a lie.

They gave me a quote initially but then said I’d have to pay double as a couple of cushions meant they had to use up another storage unit.

It took me many months to find a house and I paid these people storage fees all that time. They demanded an extra month as they said I hadn’t paid for one month. I had. I sent them bank proof. They kept denying it.

When it came for the time to move, I asked them how much notice they needed. They wouldn’t tell me. I then got my completion date and let them know weeks before.

They then said they couldn’t access my road, so another £400 please.

The road is fine. Other people have had removals there no problem.

They give me a date for moving & then try to charge me storage for after they’ve delivered saying they haven’t decided when they will deliver yet.

The most awful, stressful experience. They know they have you at a disadvantage because they have procession of your belongings and will try to extract more money out of you like the mafia.

To top it all they have damaged several of my belongings in transit and won’t pay for them, staring they have a policy that they will only pay £40 per item and there is a £250 excess. So basically, they have extracted thousands of pounds from me and left me with thousands of pounds of damage.

Obviously I shall be taking this further but I suggest you Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you want a whole load of stress, your wallet emptied and your belongings destroyed. You have been warned.

My Family moved in summer 2024 from NRW in Germany to the Basque Country. Luckily we found traslo service.

The service we asked them for was the transport itself and unloading at the site of our new residence. Loading the truck in Germany was organised by ourself. As a parking permit was required at the unloading site, Traslo service offered us to take care of the permit as an additional service which we gladly accepted.

Our contact persons were Stefano and Letizia. It was a great experience with them and they did a great job communicating and coordinating everything. They were very transparent with us and replied always very quickly. It was also nice that Traslo service allows you to customise the service, as we for example decided that we needed help unloading but for loading we could take care of it ourself, helping us to save a bit of money.

In the end we got all our stuff into the new flat and there were no surprises along the way, just the way it should be.

If you find yourself in need of a moving service across borders, I can highly recommend traslo service.

Terrible service. They proved to be unreliable, incredibly disorganized and partially dodgy service. They are NOT a moving company, they work as intermediaries and make a commission out of it: in my case, the job was done by “FRED PHILLIPS” moving company (who are actually quite good). Traslo service team was not able to coordinate pick-up and delivery dates, they voluntarily skipped the parking permit issues (both in London and Milan), they misquantified the cubic meters so I had to top-up money for extra (extra?! They proved the quantification!) stuff.. But the best happened in Milan. I (yes, me) had to rent a van as “shuttle service” because their truck could not fit the road.
Cherry on the top they damaged my bed and another small piece of furniture. The whole thing was a nightmare. I definitively recommend you not to use them – these guys have no clue how a moving should be done.

Traslo Service recently arranged my move from the south of France to UK and have exceeded all of my expectations. While moving at extremely short notice and at a time of international crisis with uncertainty around boarder control - Traslo were able to perform when other companies could not. The level of communication I received from Letizia both in the lead up to the move and throughout was above and beyond. I was kept up to date both out of hours and on the weekend. At a time when I needed a professional and reliable service the most Traslo Services really came through for me. I highly recommend them for any removal service and am eternally grateful for Letizia and the support she offered during a stressful time. Our driver Vourchek was a completely charming gentleman who not only arrived on time but was so kind and helpful when unpacking my boxes. Five star service from start to finish.

Very poor service, they did an international removal from Italy to the UK.

Most of the furniture got heavily scratched and damaged in the process.

Very bad attitude from one of the delivery crew member as well, who had a clear "can't do" attitude and a real hurry to finish the job at the expense of damaging large furniture while off-loading the lorry and moving through house doors, stairs and when assembling.

The other crew member was much more nice, courteous and helpful although unfortunately I don't recall their names.

All in all a very poor service and definitely not value for money.

I wouldn't recommend nor use again.

If you are moving within the EU, these are average 3-star brokers. I can't say "Movers" because they actually don't move anything. They sit at the phone and contract everything out to other companies with whom you as the customer have no control.

But, if you are moving outside the EU, do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They are totally unprepared and inexperienced in non-EU countries or anything requiring ocean transport.

Se ti trasferisci all'interno dell'UE, questi sono mediatori a 3 stelle nella media. Non posso dire "Movers" perché in realtà non muovono nulla. Si siedono al telefono e appaltano tutto ad altre società con cui tu come cliente non hai alcun controllo.

Ma se ti trasferisci fuori dall'UE, fatti un grande favore e stai lontano da questa azienda. Sono totalmente impreparati e inesperti nei paesi extra UE o in qualsiasi cosa richieda il trasporto marittimo.

We had a very good experience with Traslo Service when we moved from Italy to Luxembourg. We hired a small truck with a driver. The communication before the move was quick, easy, comprehensive and the price for the service ok. On the day of the move, the driver arrived just before the appointment. He was very kind and diligent. Same on the next day, the truck arrived on agreed time. I opted for the online payment of the remaining 80% as I was not comfortable paying the full amount upfront. The payment link worked perfectly. Pity paypal is not accepted which would have made the transaction even quicker. I made a mistake in the payment amount (paying too much). I contacted Traslo Service immediately and the refund was provided back to my bank account within few working days.
Overall, couldn't have gone smoother.

Stefano and the whole team managed my removal very efficiently and were always available to respond to the many questions I had at the outset. Friendly, accommodating and helpful - my move went smoothly and being contents only, was done in groupage. Cai and his colleagues were patient and helpful on the day of the move and likewise on arrival in Italy. Traslo cost a little more compared to the other quotes I received but I think it was well worth paying a little more since Traslo are specialists in removals to Italy. I would happily recommend them.

Traslo services provided excellent service at a realistic price. The driver supplied was brilliant, he edged his large vehicle into our lane with no fuss. He unloaded and was ever cheerful and helpful.
Traslo outsourced the removal van from Poland, the effect was a smooth move, no breakages and the freight was on time, in fact he was waiting when we arrived. Both Taraslo and the Polish company obviously dovetailed perfectly.

A 5 star review so very well deserved.

We were extremely impressed; in just three days, we completed the move from Derby center to SophiaAntipolis near to Nice. Through the web site we asked for a quote and they answered in just 30 minutes. We were looked after by the owner Mr.Mura and we recommend for its high availability and efficiency! All our stuff were treated very well and anything wasn't ruined thanks to an excellen tpackaging done by the workers.We could not find a better company many thanks from the Commelin family!

We moved our family belongings from the south of England to north of Italy. Furniture and everything that we had accumulated in 49 years! My family and I would just like to say that the guys who did the job were really very caring and efficient. We chose a groupage service from them and surprisingly it worked much faster than expected. Great care was taken in handling both ends. Out of 8 quotations received the cost of the service I daresay was the second best but the quality of the service and follow-up of each stage of the removal and delivery was outstanding. I would recommend them to any private or company.

Great. Supportive and a quality service from the crew, who worked very well. They were very attentive and good with our packing. Our move manager from the office was very responsive, always available, and knew what needed to happen from the beginning.
I’ve moved plenty of times. Wish I had used them on previous moves.

Great work from Traslo Service. I just moved from Scotland to Italy and at the beginning I was a bit worried about my goods, but after the collection my worries disappeared. Everything went smooth, I really want to thank the removers as they were nice, kind, quick and professional. I also want to highlight the amazing customer service that I received from the office, available at all times. I didn't give 5 stars because this was my first move, I am not expert on this field and the price was higher than what I thought.

Good comunication, colelction and delivery on time, the salesman was really kind. I asked them a quote on line and they replied in 1 h, asking more information, and then came back after another h with the quote. Everything went quite well. There was the crew chief Mr. Giacomo who was very polite and did a really good job. I was hoping to find mr Giacomo at the delivery place aswell, but anyway there were 2 other guys always from Traslo Service that did a good job anyway.I hope we wont move again but if we will, then I will be happy to contact Traslo Service for the move again. .

I moved to London to Barcelona, they told me specifically they wouldn't be able to access my street in Barcelona (I'm guessing they use google maps to check this ?) and unless I paid for the shuttle service which is £350 + VAT.

I thought "it's not a lot of boxes, I can rent a van for a couple of hours and it's cheaper, I'll do it myself".

They were 2h late outside of the interval, which made me spend more on the car rental (I only accounted for them being 1h late, it's August and there is no traffic), and in the end they managed to park the truck right in front of my flat, easily.

Returned the car and I didn't use it. Wasted some money on it for no reason.

Everything seems to have been delivered in good conditions though, props for that.
